This SIL 3 BMS (Burner Management System) contains a Siemens S7-1513F Fail-safe PLC. The system, completely build and tested in house, is acting as a safeguarding system of a HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) for a Dutch end-user in the food industry.
The system communicates with the clients DCS (Distributed Control System) via Ethernet and has hardwired interaction with the gasturbine system.

With a team of client, end client and PriCall staff we successfully commissioned this system that is now facilitating the clients power and steam demand.
