This BMS (Burner Management System) complying to SIL 3 (Safety Integrity Level) safeguards 7 fuel gas burners for an end-user located in Argentina. The BMS with S7-412F/H redundant fail-safe PLC is operated by a Simatic HMI mounted at the front of the panel or by the clients DCS (Distributed Control System) via the redundant profibus link.

All control/safeguarding systems delivered by PriCall are fully hard- and software tested, quality checked and accepted by client at an extensive FAT.

Due to these extensive in house tests we often see that there is no or minimal remote assistance required during commissioning what results in cost- and timesaving.
