This panel assembly project includes a BMS (Burner Management System) with both Front and Rear access to the cabinet.
A Siemens S7-400FH SIL 3 PLC system with redundant CPUs and IO is used for the process safety and controls. The use of such a system provides great advantages in as well flexibility and reliability. The system is constructed according the electrical diagrams of the customer, however the method of panel assembly (e.g. component and wire coding) is in complete accordance with the PriCall standard.

After a successful Hardware acceptance inspection with the customer, the test facility of PriCall was made available to perform their functional testing. In this way we try to be of best service to our customers in various aspects.
